How long do the customizations take?
It all depends on what delivery option you choose. In general, we can be ready within two weeks for webinars and within four weeks for in-person trainings.
Need the training sooner?
Don’t worry! We have a priority rush service should you need content sooner. (It just costs more!)

Where does the training take place?
We will come to your location if you choose one of our live, in-person sessions. This makes it easy for your team and minimizes travel expenses to just one trainer. If you choose one of our web-based training options, your team can log on from wherever they are!
Can we record the training?
Yes! With our group webinars, there are options for recording and licensing your soft skills training at an additional fee.
How much will travel fees cost?
We would like to provide you with an estimate of how much travel will cost for in-person training. Since 2022, the hospitality and airline industries have been very unpredictable with their pricing. The cost will depend on your chosen date and the trainer’s origin. Your trainer will work with you to select dates to minimize expenses.
