Can the coaching calls be scheduled?
Yes! If you want to set a schedule for our signature reservations training coaching calls, your trainer can organize it. Just let us know the time and days that would be best, and we will schedule the calls around what works for you! There is no extra charge for this service!
What if the agent is busy when the trainer calls?
No problem! We know that agents are busy with real customers. Running your business takes priority! If we call and the agents cannot take the call because of a waiting customer, we can call back later. It really is that simple!
What are the hours for coaching calls?
In general, our coaches and trainers will call your location between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, your local time. Please contact your account manager to review options if you need special times.
Can the learner talk through real scenarios?
Yes! The learner can practice their sales training or review real customer scenarios that they have experienced. The objective is to help them build confidence and new skills for future experiences.
Are the coaching calls recorded?
No! Since this is a practice call, and we want your team member to be very comfortable, we do not record our signature reservation training coaching calls. You will still get a report of what was reviewed during the call for additional coaching.
Can the learner call the trainer?
Our signature reservations training calls are made to fit with your needs!
Yes! If the learner would like to call the trainer to practice, they can do so by dialing the coaching call number. Each trainer has their own toll-free access number for easy training.
