Our coaches are generally available between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, within your local time zone. Please get in touch with your account manager to review options if you need special times.
No! We do not record coaching calls. We want your team members and to speak openly.
Coaching calls take around 15-20 minutes. The objective is to pick one training goal and think, discuss, and practice!
Any reservation sales, hotel operations, customer service, sensitivity, or leadership topics can be reviewed within a coaching call. The choice is yours. Make your selection during the booking process.

We know that life happens, and you must change your schedule occasionally. You can change your confirmed call up to 24 hours for free! Coaching calls canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will result in the call credits utilized at the time of the booking being non-refundable
