To help save you money, we group all of our production projects on fixed-film days. When we group them together, we can generate savings that we can pass on within our everyday pricing. If saving is not your top priority and time is essential, anytime filming is a great add-on option for you.
Yes! There are a couple of options that we can provide you. The first is a voiceover in the language of your choice, the second is subtitles in the language of your choice, or we can find a host who speaks the language you desire. All of these options would be available. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for custom pricing.
Yes! When you decide to purchase training with Oculus, we will send you a contract with all of the terms and conditions. Once you approve the quote, we can get the contract off to you within 24 hours.
Yes. You can pay your invoice by American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. You also have the option to pay by cheque or bank transfer. If you would like to start your training quickly, we recommend using the credit card payment option.
Yes, we do! We love to support charitable organizations and their good works. That is why we provide a 10% discount on all of our live training and webinar services. Should you wish to apply for the charity discount, please forward documentation confirming your registered charity status to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your status has been validated, your discount will be added to your invoice.
You can cancel your agreement with us at any time. There are no cancellation fees. You just have to pay for any services used or scheduled. Any discounts that have been provided will be removed when canceling outside of your contracted term. Please get in touch with your account manager for more detail.
